My secret to a happy & healthy life

I used to be a very shy & timid person until Pranic Healing came into my life and transformed me. I realised the importance of energy and how important it is to let go of the past. This applies to all the areas of our life whether financial, health or relationships. The more I worked on myself I started achieving my goals more easily. Sharing with you all some tips which have benefited me and my patients and I am sure that they will help you too.

  1. As soon as you wake up say a Prayer, express gratitude for the blessings in your life & Soul Affirmation (by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui). Can do this even before sleeping.
  2. Daily Salt Water Bath
  3. Forgiveness
  4. Twin Hearts Meditation
  5. Reflect on your life, goals, patterns & improvise on a day to day basis.
  6. Analyse but avoid criticism to self & others
  7. Have a higher purpose in life.
  8. Do what you love to do. 
  9. Great invocation.
  10. Visualise your dreams & goals materialising
